The beautiful Art-deco Villa is located on the edge of the Botanical Gardens Berlin looking out onto lush green trees and meadows. Planning was approved for the refurbishment together with a loft conversion creating a self-contained apartment and the erection of a multi-purpose building next to the villa. A special feature is a undercroft steel structure (commonly used for ship-building) at rear that acts as an underground swimming-pool.
